This is service brought to you by Georg Pintz & Partners and Questel Edital, Europe's leading trademark experts. We offer you trademark search services based on the CaTaMaran Plus database which covers all of the Member States of the European Union and the Community Trademarks.

This is the only place where you can make online professional full similarity search for the entire EU and its member states at one go. You get your search results on all active Community Trademarks, international trademarks and from registers of 24 countries of the European Union immediately.

The information provided on trademarks comes directly from the respective official administrations.

Using the search panel is very simple. The search on phonetically identical and similar trademarks is conducted automatically and the result includes both word and figurative trademarks. During the procedure, we shorten and extend your given words, we change the letters, furthermore, our system also conducts search anagrammatically in accordance with the Questel Edital standard.

The search report is additionally filterable and may be completed with texts, opinions, e.g. if an attorney would like to forward it to its client.

Search results from the countries that are unreachable by online search service (AT, GR, LV, MT) are delivered in just a few days (standard search: 7 days, urgent search: 3 days). Search services for Austrian trademarks are provided by Georg Pintz & Partners. The search results from Greece and Malta are provided by our local partners. The search results from Latvia are provided by the Latvian Patent Office. Research from these countries within 7 days is EUR 90; urgent search within 3 days is EUR 110. The Greek search is charged per word (excluding weak words, as of, a, the, by to, etc.).

Surcharge for each additional class is 20% (up to eleven classes) in Austria, Greece and Latvia. We charge EUR 90 (7 days) or EUR 110 (3 days) for Malta-search per additional classes (over eleven as well).

Fees

1. EUR 18/database for the first class,
2. EUR 350 for all of the EU databases, for the first class;
3. additional 20% charged for each addition class,
4. no further additional charge beginning from the 12^th class.
5. EUR 90 for any special search (AT, GR, LV, MT) within 7 days,
6. EUR 110 for the same in case of urgent search within 3 days.
